Guest Rubber Duck
Hello. I’m looking to read some opinions on Wilker Galaxy (17 footer) or just Wilker boats. There are few in the Trader for sale and I’m interested in the specs. There’s not a lot of information on the internet so I hope someone has a Wilker or has been on one. I own a 5 speed, v-6, 4x4 pick-up truck rated at 4500 lbs tow rate, so I assume my truck could tow a 17”-19” fibreglass boat. Thanks for the insight. Tom Chopin
You should have no trouble towing that size boat but the 5 speed can be a little tricky at the ramp.
Guest fishnut
I fish with my buddy Ron who has a 17' gallaxie wilker those boats where made for lake erie . There nice and deep and take the waves very well just make shure you have a good top on it because you'll get wet under power in rough water.
