ok monday i went down to lake gibson with my firend scott(scott123) we caught a few panfish scott a couple of nice little bass and had one big monster on but of course he lost it the thing that made my day was this
my big bass
tell me if is accually 3#s according to my scale it is
REMEMBER TO FISH THE MARGARINE! thats where I am getting the fish

hey nice fish..looks like a pretty honest 3 to me...lots of people would try to pass it off as closer to 5 :dunno:
If my words did glow with the gold of sunshine,and my tunes where played on the harp unstrung, would you hear my voice come through the music,would you hold it near as it where your own?

well don't always trust the scales, just last winter for example, a steelie about 10-11lbs, weighed in on someone's scale in my boat at about 3lbs , it was more than obvious that a 30 incher chubby trout is not 3 lbs :lol: ....others are pretty accurate though,on another fishing day out trying for a crack at somehting for the G&F derby, we weighed a steelie I got on a digital scale, said about 11 lbs or so, we brought the fish in to the certified scale there, it canme out somehting like 11.6 lbs

Thats at least 3+lbs.......big belly on that bass, it sure ain't starving nice healthy fish congrats :lol: :blush:

Regardless the weight, that's one nice fish. Good job!
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
