So I stops for gas , filled up the truck ....$74 . We all know how much of that is tax . I saw a few bikes on sale so I decided to buy a new one instead of putting tires & tibes on the old one , got an 18 speed trail bike for $99.99 ..... hands over the plastic card and , I'll be darned , I paid only $99.99 .....NO TAX !! . :D I feel guilty :D . It takes me back a few years when there was no tax .....until the 3% "temporary" sales tax was born . A few of us remember that ! :dunno: I intend to use this bike for some of my FISHING trips !! The trails going along the 12 mile are a long walk ,so the backpack & fishing pole will be travelling light ! But I might have to buy a bike trailer to haul the fish home ........ :worthy: BTW I have a mountain bike that works good but could use tires , maybe tubes as it has been sitting in the garage for 10 yrs .......free to anyone who could use it. :)
