I just have to say, what a GREAT company!!! :bb2:

Like most of us, I've dealt with all sorts of companies and their product warranties over the years, with mixed results :dunno: . But I've never, ever come a across a firm that provides such amazing service as Excalibur. Friendly, FAST (couriered to me in 2 days) and totally painless! First time I've ever seen a company fully honour a warranty that expired a decade ago! B)
