is this? Went down to the Grand yesterday afternoon and saw this bird.. didn't recognize it. Managed to get one decent shot of it ( I really need a 20x optical cam or more lol)

My wife's a web designer, and I'm a machine programmer by trade. Coding things it's a stretch, so figuring out the site was easy.
