I bought a used boat a few days ago and it has one deep cycle marine battery and another battery that looks like a regular battery (not deep cycle)., both are 12v batteries.

My equipment includes:
-An electric start 25hp Honda (year 2000)
- bilge pump
- livewell
- fish finder
- radio (unplugged right now)
- Bow mount 36lb thrust

Questions: What should i hook up to the deep cycle and which to the other battery? should i be using two deep cycle batteries? any recommendations on a good battery charger?
