Slow day on the river wed morning a couple of follows and musky sighted one small but healthy and thick 30" fish and two bass a 15.5" and a 16" on a homemade musky spinnerbait.

Nice looking fish!I never find the musky when im looking,just when im fishing lighter tackle 4 bass.Congrats.

not sure about others, but I usually catch Musky lately, when I'm not targetting them. LOL. the last two I caught were while targetting Bass and got those nice surprises. this is the first time I've ever caught Musky and while they are a beautiful fish and I enjoyed catching them very much, I'm not that impressed. I thought it would be a much more powerful fight. Carp and big cats are much stronger IMHO.................from my limited experience level of course. :clapping:
