lots of weedy area's

more weedy area's

saw lots of fish jumping, but nothing on our hooks... tried black twister tails.... bass tubes (variety of colours), worms...nothin..

HUGE carp in the area though.... may try some carpin...but getting them landed through the weeds will be tough....

So again a good night fishin, but empty handed. :(

;) :dunno:

you got it scotty dog, i was there a few weeks ago and got 1 small, under 1 lb largie and my buddy had a nice 2 + take his frog down but he missed it! i watched some fish jump as well and i swear some of them were small muskie or pike, they jumped right out of the water chasing bait and were silverish and long and slender but probably wouldn't have weighed more than a couple of pounds. :dunno:

I was there about a month ago, and couldn't even get a bite...I couldn't use my spinnerbaits, because of all the weeds...Maybe I was doing something wrong...Tony....

I dropped in there recently as well and that walk way is very high off the water and the water itself is VERY low. I saw a couple off carp. rolling in the weeds....May be a good spring spot, useless now.
