It took Thorold three days to figure out I didn't need a hunting license to bowfish, even though what I am doing is regulated by a bylaw. And the zone portion was to define what species could be taken. I've been told there's a good chance for a bowfin in the Grand, but bowfin are closed for that method in zone 16.
