marktheperchman
Don't mean to be a smart a$$ but if it were that dangerous to their health don't you think they would do it differently on all the pro circuits? And I believe you mean vertically. no i mean horizontally. vertically is the correct way to hold a fish by the lip. you know ,vertical, the way a human walks. head at the top and arse at the bottom

meatface
I grew up on the twelve, right at the end of violet st. I remember when I was a kid the ministry used to stock the 12 with salmon and trout. There used to be a fish ladder from port into the henley, so the idea was the salmon would head out to the lake and climb the ladder to spawn. Don't know the situation with the ladder anymore, I believe it is gone, but I'm certain they don't stock anymore
