IMO, the proposals suggested in the article are a step in the right direction, but more scientific research must be conducted first.. Any thoughts or comments? That will be because the popular fish will be too expensive, rare, protected or extinct. Get ready for your Asian Carp fillets. I think the Madarin already has those in soy sauce,YUM.
