spiro
you can get a new one for around 7-800, Also look at kijij for used ones, usually around $400ish. I LOVE mine, I have had one all my life, my dad bought it before I was born. I ended up buying a kevlar canoe in my 20's and although nice I was happier with the sportspal, so I sold it and bought a new sportspal. The canoe is extremely stable and very light. You can fit tons in it, I can t tell you how many duck hunting trips it made. I have even stood in it and flyfished. About the only downfall it that in high wind it is hard to point and control. What I have found it that if alone it needs weight in the front. I have recomended this to friends and have never had someone be unhappy. For a fishing canoe, there is no equal. My $0.02 Mike
