Craiger Posted November 9, 2013 Report Share Posted November 9, 2013 Hey guys how's it going? I got out with a few buddies earlier in the week. We saw the upcoming forecast and knew we had to get out before the next rain. It has been a tough season, timing wise, with all this high water. Water was high and a good stain as expected so I put on a big black intruder with a hot pink butt section. I nailed these 2 fish in the first half hour of fishing. I had to change hooks after both of those fish. My size 2 gamy hooks were mangled...the takes were so aggressive and was a lot of fun on my little 12ft 6/7wt snowbee damond rod.... I tried a few other flies later on but no more luck for me. My buddies got a few each as well. It was an awesome day!!!
