Flycarp Posted June 4, 2016 Report Share Posted June 4, 2016 I have had some success getting carp on the fly in Hamilton and would trade experience for some future learnings on the Niagara for Browns or steelies. in the coming weeks things really pick up with the carp around here. I was working a whoolybugger aggressively for bass when a carp hit and gave me the best fight I ever had on that flyrod. Unfortunately I wasn’t into carp then so I didn’t appreciate it at the time.
