Nothing has changed ....still lots of garbage and line left a many spots ......end of garbage related posts ......New York state is wayyyy ahead of us with clean parks , etc......they get serious with the slobs who think the world owes them....... Many times I've seen the garbage bins at Port Dal. full with garbage all over the ground beside them . Too bad our city can't afford to empty them more often .
