DaveC
Have two of the frabil nets, one is a conservation net and the other is a n extension net. Both are the rubber coated nylon ones. So had issues with both of the nets rotting out within a year of use. So contacted them about it...owned by Plano now, and explained the problem. They did justice, and sent me out new hoop, and nets... Always nice when a company comes through like that. Why they rotted out I have no idea...none the less, I'm happy to have new ones. smerchly
I bought a Lucky Strike rubber net for carp ...about 30" diameter, about 4 years ago . I always either keep it in the shade or keep the net mesh in the water . I'm sure the sun breaks the rubber down at a faster rate ....and I don't leave it in the hot van as well . I'll test it soon with a 30# carp in it ... This goes for mono fishing line as well .
duck&wine
Not good that they rotted out after a year but positive news to hear about their customer service. Good to know. Thanks for posting that info. It is helpful to know when buying new gear these days.
