just found a copy of his Fishing in Niagara book from 1989. a classic before the days of internet.

I stopped by on Sunday to say hi to Mr.and Mrs. Montgomery. I told their daughter that he's on the guest list for the Niagara Outdoor Show. Talked to Jerry from SCGFA for awhile and met someone else I hadn't seen in 5 years. If you take a look at www.niagaraoutdoorshow.com you'll see an image of Joe, tying a fly. This is the 2nd year his image has been there. It's from the last year he was at the event. I figure if he can't be at the show, it was a way of including him. Here's an image where some kids seem captivated by what he has to share. Sometimes it's true that a picture is worth a thousand words?
