JiggingtroutNsalmon
Sorry about the fingers in the gills I know better but it was very tough to hold such a large fish. It swam off beauty too. I think it's fine. Didn't have a scale but it was big. Chummed with feed corn and fished canned corn on my hook. 2 ounce sliding sinker rig. No much of a fight for such a big one but I'm not complaining.

DNorton
Congrats on the nice fish! Glad she swam away to be caught again. I think the cold water temps are making them a little sluggish still. I picked a bunch up the other night that fought like champs in the warmer shallow water yet this cold moved in and the one my son fought didn’t pull as hard. Weird. Anyways! Congrats again on the beauty fish.

smerchly
That sure is a piggy ....nice going ! ....hard to guess the weight , a length /girth measurement could give an idea.... I weigh my fish in my large Rubber net by removing the handle then subtracting 2 lbs . for the net . Congrats !
