waterjockey
Heading to Thornbury in a couple of week anybody fished this area of Georgian Bay what can I expect. Any ideas what to target or area to key in on. Never been there before looking for any info as I will only have the weekend to take my son out. Tyler0420
Salmon n bows not sure where to fish, I’ve only fished there a few times. Pick a spot on the lower section and float/bottom bounce bags or chuck spoons where you can.
kevin
They call it Thornbusy for a reason. Extremely crowded, especially during the timeframe you're looking to go. It's a very short, fairly featureless run of water from the dam to the lake. If you're in the area, I would suggest other areas that provide more access such as the Notty or Bighead. Tyler0420
Any river that gets salmon will be a zoo right now. Good luck though. Maybe try pier fishing to get away from the salmon slayers up river.
