Going to try out from Pt Abino starting in 55fow, in the afternoon, Reef runner on the down rigger 45ft down and Worm harness on the Dippsy 40ft down . Will report back if l have any luck! Just be careful Years ago we fished 55 fow using a 3 way rig/worm harness , trolling slow or drifting , using 1oz -2 oz weight and got some eyes on bottom ....also got them with the same rig , with lighter weights in 25 fow off Nickle Beach . We hooked a nice smallie on bottom at 55 fow ....that was a nice surprise ! The warm water may be keeping them on bottom now .....or sleeping on bottom .....
