'Guests needed for new HD TV series'

Hook More Fish Television Inc. is getting set to begin production on a new HD Reality/Adventure series for mainstream television, entitled ‘Trip of a Lifetime’ (Working title)

Hosted by Les Stroud (Survivorman) and Shaun Rickard (Urban Outdoor Adventures)

In order to take production to the next stage we need your help to find potential guests for our new and very unique television show. We are looking for individuals that fit the criteria outlined in the brief show description below. Important: The individuals cannot know that they are potentially going to be a guest on the show, therefore we ask that all submissions be kept confidential between our Producers and the individuals submitting them.

About the Show: Trip of a Lifetime is a slick “feel good” HD reality adventure show that rewards individuals who have battled serious illness, survived traumatic events or executed brave and selfless acts to help and benefit others. Each week Shaun Rickard and Les Stroud surprise show guests by arriving at their home and announcing that it is their time to experience a true adventure - an adventure that until this day had only been a seemingly unachievable dream for them. Adventures will range from such activities as traversing zip lines in the Costa Rican jungle or surviving in a Canadian wilderness situation, to battling giant Marlin in the Caribbean seas or diving with man-eating Sharks in Belize; the options are endless.

To submit a potential guest, simply send your submission to the e-mail address below with the following information:

Name and geographical location of individual and their relationship to you (i.e. Friend, brother, uncle etc.).

A brief yet detailed account of why you think the individual should be considered.

A brief yet detailed account of the traumatic experience or illness they have endured and fought through, or incredible selfless act(s) that they have endured to benefit others in their life.

A brief yet detailed description of what the individual has always dreamed of doing. Please supply a second option as a back up in case circumstances or events prevent the execution of the first option.

Your contact information including: Full name, mailing address, daytime and evening phone number, e-mail address. (All information will be treated as confidential; we do not forward or sell information).

Important: If any of the above information is omitted it may void your submission. All submissions will be reviewed; unfortunately we will only be able to respond to submissions that are being considered as possibilities. If any additional information is required our Producers will contact you. If your submission is chosen you will receive a response in approximately 6 to 7 months.
