I'd wager youd have to adbide by MNR regulations for quantity as the fish dont come with passports. Snags...you wouldn't trust NFN members or Canadians? Personally I didn't have a problem with reading the Reg sheets once you get the hang of what to look for, but this is a little easier. I like it.
