After years of research, trial and errors on designs

and finish, extensive testing on our local waters,

we at Knightspoons have specifically designed a lure

for the avid pike hunters.

No corners were cut to ensure the best possible product

for the money.

This lure has a high polished finish to attract fish.

It's unique shape was designed for a flashey flutter as the lure falls.

The lure can be used as a top water or deep diving lure.

It's long shank and unique design allows you to use this lure

with out a leader.

Much meticulous attention went into the details.

As far as investers, that may be interested in jumping aboard,

only $500,000.00 is required for investment consideration.

The lure is designed with an easy removable hook, making this lure handy for other

uses.

Introducing the Knightspoon.

For those sitting on the fence about investing in this

new hot lure take a look at a few of the

fish caught with this amazing lure at the end of the write up.

Amazing. It really catches fish.

Comparable lures like this would easily sell for $20-$30.00.

I'm basically giving them away for only $14.99.

And that's not all. If you act with in the next 24 hours I will

give you an additional Knightspoon free.

You just have to pay for the extra handling.

Yes I know, this is to good to be true, but I'm not done yet !

For those that act with in the next 5 hours, I will give you

the complete line of Knightspoons, including the Knightfork,

the Knightknief, and the Knightpeeler, can scale fish as well.

I have no pics of the additional lures, but I am sure you have

an idea what these magnificent lures look like.

These lures won't last, act fast.

Not available in stores.

Send cash only to:

Knightspoons

c/o nearest donut shop

I'll be parked at the back,

with the motor running.

Sorry all sales final.

Good one. Except you're about 100 years too late. You duplicated the beginning of spoons as a lure. It's long been thought that is how they were invented. Still ,you made a great post and I enjoyed it. Thank you.

I heard you stole that idea from Spoon Pullers ......you baaaad ! I went to buy a few doz.spoons at the dollar store & they were sold out !!! :Gonefishing::angry2: You better watch for law suits ....someone may grab the wrong spoon for his cornflakes  . Very well done Dan , I actually have the handle end of a spoon made into an ice fishing jig ! Your idea is much better .....never thought of spoon feeding the fish

We use to make sinkers using the spoon for a mold . We inserted a "U" shaped copper wire into the molten lead & created a "spoon" sinker . So now you can make sinkers with Dans "Super Knight Spoon " :D

I heard "I'm a Drifter" added a bucktail to the spoon and is looking to patent it ......modifying is legal , looking forward to seeing the pictures of the proof :)

LMAO. I like the fact that the lure is longer so you don't have to have a leader tied on there. hahahahaha. wonder if it's a patent violation if I modify some of the "lures" I have kicking around the house. I believe I have some really old cutlery (I mean lures) with cream coloured, plastic handles on them. hey, plastic bait seems to work, so I've got the best of both worlds. I can even paint the plastic to look more realistic. oh man, now I'm thinking and that's not good. hahahahahahaha. my wife will kill me if I go too nuts around here. LOL.

Glad you guys enjoy the humorous post.

007, the idea came to me while washing dishes one time.

So it was just a matter of doing it, then one day I got the drill out.

I knew I could not possible be the first one in all of time,

to come up with this idea and hc was kind enough to make that point known.

I really didn't know what to expect.

The pike caught on shore at Gibson, really surprised me and

confirmed to me I could get some hook ups with the ''spoon''.

A few days later I went out to a spot on Martindale pond and believe it or not

I caught four pike and a bass within an hour and lost two. Just one of

those days. There was a guy on shore, fishing as well, but he couldn't see

what I was using, and I was just laughing to myself as I was taking pictures.

I knew this would make people laugh and it obviously did here and on OFN.

Laughter is great for the soul.

Now remember in the spring use a teaspoon and in the fall a tablespoon.

Got to match the hatch :D

LOL. wonder how it would work if you put a "skirt", like a spinner bait around the handle and tried it that way? hmmmmmmmm. now I'm thinking again. not good. my wife will kill me. hahahahaha.

knight guy,

i found the scoop-end broken off an old a couple spoon years back and it is still on top of the microwave (a testament to my lousy housekeeping skills perhaps?) waiting cause i have been meaning to put a hook on it for fun. never thought of the whole spoon but then again i didn't find a whole spoon. now that you have done the r&d for me and i know how well it works i'll try to get around to finishing my idea-in the next year or two. ya don't want to rush into these things now.

Thanks for the idea Dan ......I have taken it to another level and chopped off the handle and added some red beads ......think I'll call it the "Red Eye Wobbler" . "Eat your heart out"

PHI2910.jpg

We used these for pike during my younger days and it was a common pike favourite like the red devil spoons and Canadian wigglers . I still have a red eye or two in my antique tackle box.......

Good show old timer !

Knight, you have any of those produced? I'd make one myself, but the wife would kill me if I started drilling holes in her spoons.
