smerchly Posted July 29, 2012 Report Share Posted July 29, 2012 If you can find old piles of leaves , red worms should be underneath the moist leaves & into the soil ......look at the bottom of ravines , ditches with old rotten leaves , under wet material like cardboard , logs etc. We used to kick old cow paddies & bails of hay & grab nice juicy red worms . Good luck note......years ago ,my cuz & I got some nice red worms on a bank on the Niagara R.which had a lot of composted leaves .
