The Ketchican Kid Posted January 24, 2013 Report Share Posted January 24, 2013 If possible, i would try the spanish river near spanish Ontario. there is a nice facility to launch in Spanish if you have your own boat. Depending how warm the water is, should determine your depth. Ive gotten tons of nice walleyes up there from 6- 35 feet of water, it all depends on time of day and temperature, but i have always caught fish. If you do plan to try the river, pay attention to the regs as there are 2 zones which meet right there. Worm harnesses do the trick or trolling jigs or crankbaits works too.
