This beauty took cut bait on the Welland River last Wednesday evening while fishing for Channel Cats. We were very surprised to see what it was as it came to shore. Put up a great fight too! bigdog Posted June 24, 2013 Report Share Posted June 24, 2013 We saw a ton of gar pike in the lower on Saturday. They were cruising the weed beds in the bay, approx. 6' of water.
