Buckshot
Looking for lists of places that will hang your deer and then butcher ?? Or either just hang ??? We do our own butchering but the ol garage hang is sometimes a little too warm
Gwhunter99
Most butcher shops that are equipped for butchering deer would probably hang it for you (for a fee). Or you could add a window air conditioner to garage. Ritterhauf on highway #20 fonthill
Buckshot
I was told about him and might give it a look but a buddy's come forward with a locker I can throw one in thnxs n good luck !
mooseslayer
I do my own. If it's warm I just do it the next day or two and it is always good. I don't hang my deer long as any exposed meat just turns hard and you have to cut it off.

niagarasteelheader
What does he normally charge a deer?
Gwhunter99
I think 65$ a rough cut. Then add for sausage/pepperetts/jerky
niagarasteelheader
If that's cut wrapped frozen, that's a pretty good deal! I get my pep/sausage made at a place by the gf's it called deerly departed
dewey
I got robbed 2 years ago in central New York because I couldnt get the deer back home so I paid a guy to butcher it. I paid 90$ for less than 15 lbs of meat. He said the freezer went bad and half my meat is trash. That was the 1st and last time I let someone else do that. I'm sure that most guys are good and honest but I found the bad one. Good luck guys
