Yes you do and you can buy on line, nice thing is it last from date to date....

you still do need license,  its not law yet , and when i called in yesterday  they told me till its law the fines are still in place for not reporting

Been following this on twitter...bill s-233...never called cbsa in the past upon re-entry...knew I should have...took my chances...this bill should help relieve the associated stress of rolling those dice...always with nys license and passport though...

That's confusing about still needing to report in to Canada customs as the bill has received royal assent.
