GMGraham
How did you make out at Gravelly Bay? I always forget the fish sanctuary ends mid July, I'd love to get out there before summer ends.
genec
Never got to fish. Launched at old ramp by abandoned Surfside restaurant, and when I got into the bay there were big rollers coming off the lake, so I quit.
genec
Went out to Gravelly Bay yesterday at 2:00 pm just to get out because it was such a nice day - poor time of day to fish though. Only caught 1 smallmouth bass, but marked many fish in a couple of places. Saw 2 other yak fishers on the bay, but didn't get a chance to talk to them. Got to get back early some morning any try the spots where I marked fish
BillBrooks
I live 30 seconds from Gravelly Bay and often fish it in my kayak. If you see a tall guy fishing in a green Acsend kayak, come on over and say hello! Ps- I've caught some pretty decent smallies just beyond the lighthouse at Sugarloaf Point!
