DNorton Posted June 26, 2019 Report Share Posted June 26, 2019 Do you have to sight fish carp with a fly rod is what I’m wondering I’ve always sight fished them with a fly rod but would chumming and then running wooly bugger or some kind of bread imitation work ? Just some Rudd thing. After fly fishing I sat at pier 8 and spin fished carp. smerchly Posted June 27, 2019 Report Share Posted June 27, 2019 Looks like a walleye....eye's look lit up , dorsal fin ....just a rude fish eh Tyler ? haha There's carp here too but they are being rude , maybe I should target rudd .....going out now to toss my H.J. from the dock ....hoping a big pike is looking for breakfast .....tons of baifish in the bay !
