Two cops arrive ...they come out & one hits a cop with pepper spray ( bear spray ?) & the other guy takes off . Then the other guy returns (to help his buddy ?) and also sprays the cops .... Cop shoots one guy & arrests made ......One guy & one cop in hospital . Wow ! What were these two idiots smoking ? ..... didn't say what they were stealing ........
