loomis Posted November 1, 2020 Report Share Posted November 1, 2020 I've heard that Canadians boats are not allowed to fish the NY side of the lower river. Supposedly its a border issue. Darryl L Posted November 1, 2020 Report Share Posted November 1, 2020 I was stopped twice fishing the upper river over the past few months by Canadian authorities confirming we were not Americans. They told us both sides are cracking down, can only assume Lower would be the same. Funny, they checked nothing safety wise, only ID showing me lived in Canada.
