I got as far as this page at 19% of the survey . We must read between the lines . It may put big holes in our pockets if they get the answers they are looking for ... I'll spend an hour later, going over each question carefully before submitting ..... (remembering the con-senses survey) ....need to study each question thoroughly ...... I thought the sewage smell was bad before the condos get up and running. How about the algae smell from Lakeside. People still in the water. CDP beach is closed for blue algae. I really have no idea which is worse , farm runoff , or runoff from streets and malls ... Many of my answers would have to be "neutral" or ..... We have to be careful what we wish for .....
