  1. Depending on location, egg sinker with a barrel swivel and a 36 inch leader to a number 6 hook and a roe bag with Chinook roe with matching colored foam floaties. Used this many times from shore, fishing late season browns in areas with relatively still currents. Tight Lines Salmonman
  2. Good evening everyone, Hit up the rocks at the mouth of the marina at 50 Point today from noon to 2pm. Washed a lot of lures without a sniff. Big skunk. Spoons and body baits didn't produce. I thought for sure with the rain last night and offshore winds that there would be some fish around, but did not see one thing jump or swim by, minus a couple of carp around the docks. The water is pretty low and visibility is 6 plus feet. Water seemed pretty warm still too. Maybe this cooler weather this weekend will bring the salmonids? Tight lines Salmonman
  3. Thanks for the tips. We were fishing 10pm to 12:30am with a 1 ounce slip sinker, 2 foot fluorocarbon lead, 2 glow corkies and a bait holder hook with half a worm on it. Gobies chewed the worm a few times, but nothing else. Fish were there, since 2 other guys beside us got 4 or 5 fish in that time. No clue what their set up was. Hopefully better luck next time. 4. Hey Tyler, What were you guys using for bait to hook your kitties? I was fishing southampton 2 nights ago with worms and a carolina rig without a sniff. I have tried shrimp there in the past, as well with no luck. Any tips for my next kitty outing on the geen would be great. Thanks! Salmonman
