Happy turkey eve! What are you guys favorite tactics for opening morning. I try to get close to the roost tree, set up my hen decoy and call softly but not too much. Had this guy all fired up and he came right in less then 10 yds last year!

We have lots of birds in Astorville now. They are deffinitley pushing further north! Was scouting today in Caistor Centre. Seen a big gobbler on the prowl. Can't wait to get in the blind! Good luck Gentlemen!

I flip my 12 foot kayak upside down and leave the gate up. No issues at all. I'm able to tow my boat with the kayak in the bed this way when I want to bring all the toys. I've also put a 10' tinner in the back upside down with the gate down. It can definitely be done. -
Thanks! I won't give out the exact location beacuse it took alot of hours in the cold over the past few years to figure it out! 🤐 But I will say it's on the upper grand near Dunville as a general location. Good luck!

Got out the other day on the boat and had a pretty good day on the water. Fish were very picky. Went through a few baits until I figured out what made them click. The bite was extremely light. You couldn't feel it at all. I love chasing these spotted fish around! Made for a pretty solid fish fry! Anyone else still getting them? Thought I was done with the boat but the weather looks great again this weekend! Not bad for mid December!

How do these kayak tournaments work? Do you launch from anywhere or all together at the same place? Also is it paddle power only or are electric motors allowed?

The one I posted is a turkey track. Tinyboatcams picture is not. You can see the size in comparison to the cat track in his picture. They also do not have a long toe off the back of their foot. There are no small young poults this time of year. Hope this helps

Deffinitley not turkey tracks. Way too small and they look nothing like that. Best way to get a bird is being patient and spending lots of time out there. Find turkey tracks and wait in that area, it could take all day, or it could take all week just be patient. I find after the hens go back to the nest in the morning the best time. Good luck

It's the ascend 128x. There is tracks near the storage compartment on the front ill deffinitley have to get a rod holder for up there. Have a hummingbird 561 to throw on it. How heavy of a anchor do you think I'd need? I'll probably be fishing a little bit of everything from it.

Finally upgraded my old 10 foot pelican to this beauty. I Don't know alot about this style of kayak though. What are some must haves for this type? Or kayaks in general?
