Yeap, got mine on Saturday at Canadian Tire in Welland and now we have to carry both the card and this yellow slip. Unless you need a new card and get the three year one.

The pathway that runs from the parking lot down to the golf course. Ya it seems strange to need an extra liscence just to fish in a river. Hope this doesnt happen locally.

It wasn't the golf course ppl it was the people patrolling the pathway.

So i went on sunday to try the area i had highlited and was told i wasnt allowed to fish there... there were no signs but it was really busy and some sort of golf tournament was going on so i left and tried to find another spot but had no luck further upand it looked like a fairly large stom was coming in. I ended up going to Charles Daley and got skunked...

Thanks guys i'll give it a try one problem i will run into is i only have one rod so i may end up switching rigs every so often

I'm looking to catch anything. From most of my experience when i was younger it was just creek and the odd river I fished so the odd perch, cat fish, blue gill, sun fish, smaller bass was the normal catch for me. I want to catch more agressive fish so hopefully I can get some there

Ok thanks I may try it for a bit if I don't get much I may move up river I usually use worms with no float so see how that goes

I was thinking about going down to NOTL to fish the Niagara river just across from Fort George. Does anyone know if the is a descent spot? last time I was there I saw some people fishing but didn't see them catch anything.
