Braedon
Usually bio accumulation is worse the higher up the food chain. Pike and musky should be chalked full of contaminates
tmate
I'm good for some perch and crappie dinners out of gibson whenever I get out there for em. Keep it up, theres walleye and skis like people have mentioned, along with gar pike and rainbow trout too. Any of the four would be a great catch. I've got two rainbows and ski but still waiting for a gar or eye
coyotehunter
The amount of toxins depends on how you clean the fish. Especially on fatty fish like trout and salmon. To minimize the amount of toxins don't take any fatty areas where there is the most toxins. No belly flesh...leave some flesh near the skin (fast there)....remove the lateral line. Cleaning this way should remove a majority of the bad stuff.
