smerchly Posted October 28, 2022 Report Share Posted October 28, 2022 We had a nice fish dinner (again) today .....same as yesterday but with the fish on a bun with slaw & home made tartar sauce . But I haven't caught a fish in weeks ! So it was Capt.Highliner's breaded haddock again ...pretty good stuff ! I have been raking tons of leaves (non of which come from my trees , and I put them through my great muching machine This machine reduces 8 yard bags full of leaves to one bag . I have used this machine for over 20+ years .(They made stuff to last then) I'll spread all of this fine leaf much over the grass & let it decay into the ground through the winter....good for the grass & worms , etc Looks like a nice week ahead , above temps. and I hope to get some fishing time in . Pics. below .... one of two barrels of leaf mulch & the great fish dinner ( 7 pieces per box ) for $6 ...can't beat that !
