salmonman Posted September 23, 2024 Report Posted September 23, 2024 Made it out for a few hours on a local west end pier and managed 1 male Chinook around 18 pounds. Fish hit a glow wonder bread pete spoon in the tear drop shape. Fish was released to swim another day. Saw 2 other chinnies caught and the bite died right off at midnight. Still quite a few fish jumping when I left at 1:30. Get out to your local pier and don't forget the net! Lots of fish to come in still with the dry weather!
