Not sure about the Niagara area but here in Guelph it stopped me from visiting a local lake for ice fishing. Unless you had a hut you would get blown away. Guest Jeetmuck Posted January 23, 2005 Report Share Posted January 23, 2005 The weather was a killer today. I woke up and it looked beautiful. Decided I was going to head out to Dunnville and got all packed up and started to load the truck then the snow starting coming in. I actually watched it roll across the city. Decided against going. Good thing too as I was heading down the street to get some gas, total whiteouts, crazy guy stopped right in the middle of the road and wouldn't go holding up all the traffic.
