Guest Brian Laketrout Cuthbertson
Down to Queenston this AM talking with Charlie. The ice is really starting to run now, cold temps always seems to produce the ice bergs. With the high winds for today W 30 km/h and SW35 for Sat. The ice is probably holding in or around the Bar.

Guest Himey
Hey guys. Was planning on heading down to Queenston tomorrow afternoon and fish the drift. We're in a 14' aluminum. Are we wasting our time with the ice coming in now? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
Guest Jeetmuck
I can attest to the ice that Brian is talking about. I was down there fishing with Charlie just after Brian left and the ice is flowing pretty good. Some of those Americans blasting up the river...you can hear almost shotgun blast sounds from the ice bouncing off the sides of the boats...I wouldn't be screaming up the river. And I took the day off from ice fishing and all I end up is catching ice on the Niagara, go figure. At least I got to see Charlie land a nice bow.
