*Note* Mr Van Oostrum is willing to work with angling organizations who might want to take on projects affecting the 12. He agreed to allow us to build a fish barrier at the Decew spillway and would like to see more recreational activities come from the valley below the dam. He was a member from a long standing major stakeholder group called Friends of the 12.
