bob Posted October 5, 2008 Report Share Posted October 5, 2008 frosty this morning,, managed some nice ones though the bite was slow,covered alot of water. used cranks and tubes. the water temp. dropped 12 degrees in a week which might explain having to search so much for active fish, we put trolling motor at a good speed and just worked the shoreline hard then the wind kicked up and we called her quits.my buddy hank hooked a nice 3.75 lb smallie. he used tubes and we were on cranks. should have switched but it was still great to be on the water..
