hooked Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 Got my wife out on the ice for the first time ever today. We fished the front of Martindale. Was a beautiful day. We caught 2 large perch and lost a 6-8 lb pike at the hole what a beauty fish. We had a good day from 10:30AM till 4:00PM It was great to have her out. We did catch and release about 10 little perch also It was good when she had to go for a walk cause she brought me back a timmies hot chocolate and a muffin what a great girl she is a keeper LOL Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Snoopy23 Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 4 of us hit the backside today...Got out around 8:30am and we were the only ones out there till around 2pm...At 3:30pm we packed it in and called it a day...6 perch were caught between 4 guys and we lost something big that pulled the rod from it's holder and almost down the hole.
