In looking at some of the pages on the strait line anglers site, it looks like they hold that steelhead derby in the late fall, so I'm guessing that the pics on the site are from the fall 2004 derby. It has been running for quite a while already. It does get advertised as it is open to the public. I am sure it will be held again this year at around the same time, keep an eye on the Strait Line site as they hold many different tournaments throughout the year.
