This from a posting on myccr. http://www.myccr.com/SectionForums/viewtop...06&start=30 Here are the regs for removing a beaver dam, looks like he didn't have to go through the NWPA Maybe of some help, and to justify that Mr. Mclaren was used as a patsy by those that wanted changes. He should have been directed to the Fisheries and Ont. Gov.
