Harper is giving a speech at a OFHA gathering in Mississauga this Saturday. http://www.thestar.com/article/605359 Greg Farrant represented the OFAH and spoke on behalf of the outdoors community as well at the finance committee meeting before the NWPA changes in the budget where passed by the house.
