Nik Posted June 6, 2009 Report Share Posted June 6, 2009 Tried a spot I dont normally fish and happened to pick a great day to be there. Caught a bunch of crappies and had a few more given to me. Great day to be on the water, forgot my camera so I took a pic of them in my sink... Got most of them on a white micro tube and a couple on a minnow... I was there for a couple hours - the one lady that I spoke to caught one that must have been pushing 1 1/2 - 2 lbs easy... It was a monster. She goes there almost every day and said that two weeks ago to the mid of June is the best time in this spot... I may try it again a little later...
