mobyclick Posted March 11, 2005 Report Share Posted March 11, 2005 Hey gents, Going to either the Turkey Point or Port Rowan area for some hard water perch action if the ice is good, or coming back down to Port D/Queenston on Sunday. So I guess I'm asking for reports on conditions and fishing reports from both areas. I hope I'm not sounding to greedy....lol!!! Guest Big Bass Rich Posted March 11, 2005 Report Share Posted March 11, 2005 The ice is perfectly safe on Long Point Bay but may want to be careful with an ATV or sled and stay to the beaten path. Heard reports from some guys who went out to find new water and only found 5" of ice. Perfectly safe for someone walking, maybe not so much for an ATV but most reports are that the ice is safe 8-10 inches in most areas. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
