Nik Posted May 8, 2010 Report Share Posted May 8, 2010 Woke up 4:30 on our way at 5 to the lake (sorry un named) by 6 with the Zodiac in the water in a few minutes. First cast fish on, get it to the boat and its off. A few minutes later my buddy gets into one +/-24", then its my turn again a smaller one and shortly there after another +/-30". Caught a few more rockets +/-15" and missed numerous strikes. Around 10:00 the wind got the better of us and headed off the lake. We got to the ramp in time to get hammered with pebble size hail. Sorry no pictures didn't want to bring the camera after hearing the weather report - all fish were released except the 24".
